Services
Design and manufacturing from a single source
We work for industrial plants, including the food and meat processing industries and construction chemicals manufacturers. We manufacture custom and replacement parts, components for modifications to existing installations, and series production based on approved documentation.
Engineering design
We prepare the design and manufacturing documentation based on the client's requirements: the intended use of the component, its operating conditions and the space available at the installation site. Manufacturing technology is taken into account from the outset. We also work to the client's own documentation and add any missing information where necessary.
Components and structures
We manufacture stainless and duplex steel components, assemblies and structures, including frames, brackets and equipment parts. The steel grade is selected for the operating conditions: product contact, cleaning and corrosive environments.
Process installations
We manufacture stainless steel process installations, including pipeline sections and manifolds, together with their connections to the supporting structure.
TIG welding and surface finishing
All joints are TIG welded, which produces consistent, high-quality welds on pipes and thin-walled parts. After welding, the welds are ground and passivated, and polished on request. Passivation restores the passive layer in the weld zone, which is important in installations that come into contact with the product and are cleaned regularly.
How we work
From requirements to the finished part
No technical documentation is required to get started. Your requirements and a description of the intended use are enough.
Design and manufacturing are carried out within one company, so the client does not need to coordinate a design office and a separate manufacturer.
Defining requirements
We analyse the intended use, operating conditions, dimensions and order quantity, and prepare a quotation on that basis.
Design and documentation
We prepare the design and manufacturing documentation or review the client's documentation. The documentation is approved by the client before production starts.
Manufacturing
We manufacture the parts to the approved documentation: TIG welding, grinding, passivation and, on request, polishing.

Parts made for a specific machine or location in an installation: custom and replacement parts, and components for modifications to existing installations.
Series production
For plants with recurring requirements, we run series production to approved documentation. Repeat orders are manufactured to the agreed design without preparing the documentation again. This ensures consistent quality and shorter order preparation times.
