Data controller

The controller of personal data is Liwatech Sp. z o.o., ul. Jastrzębia 2, 86-021 Żołędowo, Poland. Contact regarding personal data: biuro@liwatech.pl.

Enquiry form

The “Request for quotation” form collects your name and company name, e-mail address and a description of the job. When you click “Send enquiry”, the data is sent by e-mail to biuro@liwatech.pl. The website does not store the content of enquiries in its database.

We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation and, if we start working together, to carry out the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To protect the form against spam, the website stores an encrypted (irreversibly transformed) identifier of your IP address together with the number of enquiries sent, for one hour. After one hour this information is deleted automatically (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse).

We keep enquiry e-mails in our mailbox for as long as necessary to reply and conduct discussions. If we start working together – for the duration of the cooperation and then until the limitation periods for claims expire and for the periods during which the law (e.g. tax law) requires documentation to be kept.

The “Copy text” button copies the content of the enquiry only to the clipboard on your device – nothing is sent.

Contact by phone and e-mail

If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the data you provide in order to reply and, where applicable, to work with you.

Cookies and third-party tools

The website does not use cookies for statistics or advertising and does not use analytics tools. Fonts and images are loaded from the website’s own server, without third-party services. WordPress sets cookies only for people logging in to the administration panel.

Recipients of data

Data may be processed by the hosting company on whose servers the website and e-mail run: LH.pl Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, Poland. We do not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry.
